This unique accommodation is decorated in an unusual style. The house is over 80 years old. The yard is completely fenced, ideal for families with children and pets. The over 300 square meters of yard can also accommodate an RV. This year, we finished the renovation, striving to make it a comfortable place to stay while preserving its charm. The house consists of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining room. Everything in 47 square meters. A low house typical of this area. The height of the crossbeams is only 200 cm. Other things to note The village of Jakačina Mala is surrounded by the tourist, cultural, historical, and recreational richness of this part of Slavonia. The village has only 80 people, mostly an older population. In just a 20-minute drive, you can be part of various events throughout the year (motorcycle rallies, folklore festivals, music festivals, theater festivals...), visit protected natural areas (Gajna, Ribnjaci Jelas, Bara Dvorina...), museums (tamburitza, modern art, Kuća Brlić...), numerous wine roads, enjoy the gastronomy of Posavina, enjoy the architecture of the Brod Fortress, the Franciscan Monastery... For those who want an active vacation, this area offers developed hunting and fishing, cycling tourism, aqua tourism, well-maintained picnic areas (Petnja, Poloj, Ljeskove vode, Popovićeva šumica, Šuma Striborova...), and the Bebrina Adrenaline Park. Horseback riding on a farm. In the nearby village, there is an open-air market with local products. Fresh fruits and vegetables. A mobile store comes to the village twice a day to supply basic necessities. There are amenities for everyone and all year round. A bicycle route passes through the village.
