The 2-room apartments 01,02,05 and 06 are located on the ground floor with terrace to the garden. On the first floor are the 3-room maisonette apartments 03,04,07 and 08. A wooden staircase, discreetly integrated in the living area, (space-saving stairs, see picture) leads to the upper floor inside the apartment. Please note, this staircase is very steep and could be a problem for physically restricted people and smaller children. In the apartments, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth for cooler days. In addition, there are predominantly fireplaces in the living area. Each apartment has an open kitchen.
