Overlooking the pool area, it provides a perfect vantage point for parents to keep an eye on their children while relaxing on the spacious balcony. Entry and Living Space Upon entering Oleandro Balcony, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway flanked by a master bedroom and a bathroom on either side. As you proceed, the space opens up into a lovely living area characterized by high wooden ceilings that create a warm and expansive ambiance. This open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area, and living room, all of which seamlessly extend onto the large balcony via elegant French windows. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen has been recently renovated to include modern amenities, making it fully equipped for all your culinary needs. It features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and oven, ensuring an effortless cooking experience. The dining area, comfortably seating four, is perfect for family meals and gatherings. Balcony The balcony is arguably the most enticing feature of this apartment. It is sunny, spacious, and ideal for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the ever-changing views. Equipped with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers, the balcony provides a perfect spot for unwinding. These loungers can also be moved to the back garden or taken to the swimming pool area. You have full access to the apartment, private parking space, private garden, shared swimming pool, shared laundry room Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 4 to 6pm. You have a self check in with key box. Please contact us if you have not received the arrival information. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of a late arrival outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Check out is prior to 10am. PASSPORT REGISTRATION We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Menaggio charges a daily tourist tax of €3 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by LoveComo at check in. HEATING Please note that heating is not included in the rate.
