A characterful authentic vineyard gite. Le Laurier is one of 5 gites dotted around a central courtyard. With a large pool set in its own landscaped gardens with plenty of sunloungers. Also a children's play area with swings, slide, playhouse, sandpit, table tennis table and a large trampoline , so something for everyone. The Park and gardens have cosy nooks to relax and unwind and of course enjoy our special wine made at the Domaine, A great location to explore the beautiful Occitanie region. The space Le Laurier is a 3 bedroom gite which is all on one level. With high ceilings and beams and 2 authentic fireplaces it has been beautifully renovated maintaining many of the original features. There is a lounge / kitchen / diner with fully fitted oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave and plenty of utensils for the keen cooks. There are 3 large bedrooms which are airconditioned, a large master bedroom with queen sized bed a second double bedroom and a third twin bedded room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath, shower and wc and a second bathroom with large walk in shower with wc. Outside is a private dining terrace with large stone built BBQ and a second seating area with ratan sofa and armchairs.This leads on to the fruit and flower gardens where there are plenty of nooks to sit and read and relax and of course enjoy a glass of our chilled Viognier made here at the Domaine. There is a large Park with a children's Play Area beyond which is the securely gated pool set in its own landscaped gardens with plenty of sunloungers. Guest access Le Laurier is entirely private and for sole use of the guests who are renting it. The dining terrace is also private as is the casual garden seating area with sofa and armchairs. The Park, Pool and Children's Play Area are shared with other guests and are a great place to meet other guests and make new friends.. Other things to note We are a no Smoking property either internally or externally. Although Le Laurier is on one level, it does have 3 stone steps in and 3 out on to the terrace, to be aware of if someone has mobility problems.
