You can find us at 2h20 ' from Bucharest, in the Cheia resort, starting point to the Masiv Ciucas, known for the strong ozonated, therapeutic air. We focus on family fun and constantly invest in all sorts of games, toys and equipment for all ages. On the back deck you can enjoy your coffee and tea or have a good time past the BBQ. The space The cottage is friendly with an old-school charm and in a continuous improvement (we care a lot about it). We are currently investing priority in outside play. We have already arranged a sand pit, took a trampoline and multiple sports equipment (badminton palettes, archery with suction cups, balls, etc). We still have on the list: zip line, climbing wall, treehouse. etc Keep close! :) The cottage has no luxury finishes but it has a familiarity that gives privacy and healthy relaxation without pretense. We don't guarantee perfectly ironed linens either:) Sometimes we have cleaning help, most often we do, but it's a point we care about a lot. In short, do not come to the guesthouse, but to a private cottage with charm and personality ;) . Organizing the house: We can comfortably accommodate up to 14 cheerful people. And if needed, we expand two more armchairs and the sofa in the living room, so 18 seats in the beds. The cottage is divided into ground floor, floor and attic. On the ground floor there is generously the hallway, the bathroom, the living room with the fireplace, the kitchen and the terrace from the forest. From the indoor terrace you exit to the outside where you can find the barbecue and the gateway to the forest. On the 1st floor we have 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with the hydromassage shower😉. Two of the bedrooms are large, with their own terraces and can accommodate 4 people each. The third one is small but has a double bed. In the attic we have 2 large bedrooms, also with 4 seats and a small bathroom on duty. The attic smells delicious of wood, it's warm and welcoming The bottom fireplace heats one room on the level through the stoves located in a vertical line. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary (dishes & cutlery) for more than 10 people and a mix of older or new appliances that are at your disposal: dishwasher, washing machine with dryer (last purchase), water kettle, coffee maker, mixer, blender, toaster, refrigerator with small built-in freezer. *** For children we have playground outside (sand pit and trampoline) and, if it's hot, we also take out the inflatable pool (1.5m diameter). Find more outdoor toys - balls, badminton paddles, suction archery, target throwing rings and more. In the house we have board games, books and a TV with DVD player with some DVDs with drawings but also movies and documentaries. For special occasions but not only, we can also leave you the balloon machine:) for a fee - 150 Ron (supplies must be covered). 1 min away from us at Nicos Restaurant where we recommend to eat. But he needed it! :) This through ’92 when no one knew about the DN1A, the “mountain house”. Said and done. It was the second plot bought on the Vacii Way, as our street was called - for this was and still is the road of the cows from the village to the pasture. There was another house in front of us and the rest was forest. And there were many visits there (on the way to Brasov to the maternal grandparents), some New Year's Eve to the neighbors across the street, meetings the order of the day with the bears, the memory of a fabulous, magical universe, everything that can ignite the imagination of some children. The river behind the house, then rich and impetuous, shaped in the winter a little place that freezes and became our crib. Oh, the bass that Dad was hanging our ski-bob from Dacie and dragged us so close to Brasov. Yes, no one was passing on the DN1A, it was not empty, it was of a wild beauty that was deeply imprinted on my retina. No one knew about this place. It was our talisman. My folks have raised the tiny house to the pace of their diligence and the little time left from the field (they are hardworking farmers!:). By the time I finished it, the valley was filled with the villas. But since we have it, there is no Easter or Christmas not to tick it at our chalet. Here we rest best and solve all our “stresses”, we leave positively charged and relaxed. Guest access We only👉 offer the NEW YEAR'S EVE house to adults responsibility and groups with children 😉 👉The whole house is at your disposal, except for the cellar where the technical room of the boiler is. You'll be alone in the cottage and the yard. Other things to note Your foolish friends are equally welcome, but they must abide by the same rules: do not smoke and wear slippers in the upper rooms😁.
