The space The Bel Air is a boutique property with four individually designed, completely private apartments under one roof. Guests enter through a shared main entrance and may enjoy the common lobby, laundry area, outdoor patio, seating, and fire pit. The Briary is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. Free on-site parking and coded entry make arrival simple. Other guests may be staying in the building during your visit. Other things to note The Briary is located on the first floor at BelAir; there is no elevator. The main building entrance, laundry area, lobby, patio, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests from our other apartments. Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM.
