Nestled in the middle of nature, our accommodation offers you a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. Wake up to the singing of birds and admire the sunrise from a first terrace. In the evening, enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the river from the second terrace. Observe the seals that frequent the island, a natural spectacle appreciated in any season, enjoy the nearby beach and explore the bike path as well as the hiking trails a few steps away. The space Built in 2023 by Batitech according to the standards of the Quebec Building Code, this independent garage houses a warm 3 ½-room apartment offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The apartment includes a private bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable living room equipped with a TV with Fire TV Stick, a DVD player as well as Netflix, Disney+ and other platforms to which travelers can connect with their own accounts. A bathroom with shower (without bathtub) as well as all the essential amenities are also at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped (Keurig coffee machine and filter coffee machine too) (raclette pan and fondue pan) to prepare your meals with ease. Enjoy two terraces, one of which has a propane barbecue, at your disposal to enhance your summer evenings. The garage located under the apartment is not inhabited and is only used occasionally by the owner for storage or certain specific needs. No vehicles are parked there, which contributes to the peace and tranquility of the place during your stay. A peaceful place where comfort, nature and relaxation meet. Guest access A private path leads you directly to your accommodation, you can park your vehicle in front of the first garage door (the one near the entrance of the apartment). Important: please do not use the first entry bearing the number 17. You must take the second entrance identified "17 Cap des Loups-Marins", which leads directly to your apartment. Please note that some exterior finishes remain to be completed on the building. These will be carried out only when the apartment is unoccupied in order to preserve your peace of mind. The interior of the apartment is completely finished, furnished and ready to welcome you in the greatest comfort. For those who like to walk, the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. This pleasant walk will allow you to take full advantage of the sea air and the calm of the place. Along the way, you will be able to hear and/or see different species of birds that frequent the area. You may even be surprised to see a curious seal offshore, discreetly observing visitors while maintaining a respectful distance. Possibility to fish, see the regulations online. By car, take the Chemin des Loups-Marins. At the stop sign, turn left, then continue to the bottom of the hill. Then turn left and take the first street on the right, (Anse à Pierre-Jean) which will lead you directly to the public beach. Outdoor enthusiasts can also bring their kayak or paddle board or boat. It is possible to park your vehicle near the descent leading to the water to facilitate the transport of your equipment. We simply ask you to make sure not to obstruct the road or access for other users. Whether you choose walking or driving, the beach is an ideal place to enjoy the seafront and fully experience the beauty of the region.
