The space The Bel Air is a boutique property with four individually designed, completely private apartments under one roof. Guests enter through a shared main entrance and may enjoy the common lobby, laundry area, outdoor patio, seating, and fire pit. The Stockholm is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. Free on-site parking and coded entry make arrival simple. Other guests may be staying in the building during your visit. Guest access You’ll receive a unique access code 24 hours before arrival. The same code opens the main building entrance and The Stockholm. Other things to note The Stockholm is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs; there is no elevator. The main building entrance, laundry area, lobby, patio, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests from our other apartments. Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM.
