The space The cottage: Single-family dwelling consisting of a main floor, a mezzanine serving as a rest or work area, and a finished basement. On the main floor: - A large, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and cooktop, etc.). - A spacious dining room with an impressive oeil-de-boeuf, a one-of-a-kind architectural detail. -A bar-style island. - A family room with sea view. - A bedroom with a double bed. - A full BA with a tub. -A back living room with TV, wood stove and access to the back patio. Mezzanine: - Mezzanine with skylight that can be used as a workspace or for reading or relaxation. Basement: -An open area with a fireplace. - A master BD with a queen bed. - A BD with a double bed. - A BA with walk-in shower as well as washer and dryer. Outdoor: - Private front balcony with sea view. Patio set and lounge chairs. - Large rear balcony equipped with a patio set, gas BBQ, and umbrella. - Private, wooded backyard equipped with a fire pit and Adirondack-style chairs. Entertainment: - Possibility to borrow two kayaks, paddles and float jackets (use at your own risk). - Community pétanque and tennis courts within walking distance and free of charge (equipment provided at the chalet). -Some games, puzzles and books provided for your entertainment. - Yoga mat and bolster also available. Guest access You have access to the entire home except the shed and 2 rooms in the basement, which are the workshop and a room reserved for storage.
