Owner occupied quiet home just 9 miles to Rehoboth Beach! Walking distance to Sports at The Beach! Main guest room (sleeps 2 adults) with ensuite jack n jill bathroom that connects to the 2nd guestroom that also sleeps 2. If you are only 1 or 2 people looking for a single room, it is available for a lower rate, message for single rates. (2 rooms, each sleeps 2 and 2 full bathrooms) Rooms only available now thru Oct 10th 2026, If you need a room outside of those dates please message me. The space Beautiful spacious home 9 miles to the beach. Enjoy the peaceful quiet country air while just minutes from the beach and a 2 mile walk to the Sports at The Beach complex. Main Guest room sleeps 2 adults in a queen sized bed, with private en suite bathroom. Second connecting guest room also available for an additional fee, 2nd bedroom's private full bath (shower/tub combo) downstairs on the 1st floor. Homeowner lives on premises in the master suite which is off limits to AirBnb guests. Kitchen, Dining room & living room are shared common areas for everyones use. Should be noted that my home needs a few minor upgrades & upkeep maintenance items, which is why I'm listing on here to raise some extra money to complete these projects. None directly effect the guestrooms, but in full transparency, wanted to mention. There is landscaping that needs done, some interior painting, and the shower in the en suite bathroom only has upper showerhead, the lower tub spout does not work. (shower works fine) Nothing major but some travellers are picky about things, if youre looking for perfection this isnt it, but if you need a clean quite place to stay with super comfy beds, private bathrooms, you found it. During your stay I live here full time. It is a very quiet household with 1 cat Other things to note Pond area with pavillion and seating is temporarily unavail and not pictured in listing. Been damaged by winter blizzard and is under repair.
