Enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two full kitchens, multiple living areas, outdoor spaces, dock access, and more. The two apartments are not internally connected and are accessed separately, making this an ideal setup for extended families or groups traveling together. Comfortably sleeps 8, or up to 10 using the upstairs sleeper sofa. The space By reserving the Entire Retreat, you'll enjoy exclusive access to both beautifully renovated apartments (the "Entire Property"), creating the perfect gathering place for extended families, multiple couples, fishing trips, reunions, and weekend getaways. The property comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with accommodations for up to 10 using the living room sleeper sofa. The downstairs apartment is ground level and has no steps. You enter into the living room with the kitchen on your right. Bellefontaine | Lakefront (Unit 1) has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and living room. The unit has a washer and dryer. Bellefontaine | Lakeview (Unit 2) has a patio deck, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a living room with a fold-out couch. The unit has a washer and dryer. By booking the Entire Retreat you have full access to the right dock with the dock-deck, the fire pit and grill, outside furniture, dedicated parking spaces right next to your stay. Although both apartments are rented together, they are not internally connected. Each unit has its own private entrance, making the layout ideal for families who appreciate additional privacy, grandparents traveling with adult children, or groups wanting separate living spaces. Both kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee makers, and the essentials needed to prepare anything from breakfast before heading onto the water to family dinners after sunset. One of the property's greatest features is its outdoor space overlooking beautiful Hamilton Lake.
