Our house is new and was set up with the best of everything, with the comfort and well-being of our guests in mind. 2 Bedrooms with king beds, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, space with barbecue, hammock and shower. Just 50 meters from the beach with themed kiosks with live music and 200 meters from the beautiful Lagoa. Close to the main beaches of Arraial and Cabo Frio. Fully equipped house. We have security cameras at the entrance to the condominium and in the parking lot. From the house's balcony, you can hear the sound of the sea, a show in itself! Super cozy and comfortable. The house is always cool due to its proximity to the sea. And it has the most beautiful sunset in the region! We are located very close to the famous Arraial swing. Near Cabo Frio, too! Other things to note We have an on-site employee (caretaker) for any needs and we will always be available for tips and tourist information (boat, quadricycle and buggy rides at a discount for guests).
