Escape to our private mountain home, where breathtaking views stretch for miles. Nestled on a secluded cattle ranch, this peaceful getaway offers panoramic Mountain View’s, city lights at night, incredible sunsets, and star filled skies, perfect for hosting a venue/party with the large game room. Bring your dogs and enjoy the fully fenced yard to roam safely while you relax. Spend your days outdoors, watching cattle graze across the 200 acre ranch, hiking or go fishing in our stocked pond. The space Most of the home has been remodeled and has new floors, carpet, paint , to its original western look. Both of the bathrooms are not completely remodeled .The game room includes ,shuffleboard , an older pool table , poker table , corn hole, Bluetooth speaker with karaoke , and a bar . The pool table is an older table but has new cue sticks and balls and pockets . It’s a professional 3 slate table . The kitchen cabinets are newly stained and yet a little sticky . It is a working ranch, so during the dry months the roads will be dusty and may have cow manure on it . There is abundant wildlife there are native these mountains and always a possibility to see a bear, coyote , deer, turkeys , bobcats, mountain lions , boar and rattlesnakes . Do not leave your dog unattended at night , and please stay out of the tall grass due to rattlesnakes are seen once in awhile . Do not approach the bull or cow and its calf . Guest access You may hike around the ranch as long as you don’t cross any fences or go through any other gates besides the ones to get to the house . Other things to note Dunlap rd. Is a 20 minute windy rd to the ranch and continues upward to hwy 245 which is windy . The ranch in the winter is green and summer to fall is dry and grass is brown.
