A stop in the colors of the world

Welcome to the unique apartment Przystanek w kolorach świata, which is located in a tenement house from 1900, next to two beautiful and vast parks in the spa district of Jelenia Góra. The apartment was arranged with great passion by the owner, so that guests feel cozy and comfortable, taking advantage of the charms of this place. The apartment has a garden and a gazebo with a rocking chair, a hammock and a place to relax. It is a fantastic location for visiting Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra. The space LOCATION AND PARKING: The apartment has been thoroughly renovated (approx. 50 sq m - two rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet) and is located on the first floor in a small 4-room post-German tenement house from 1900 with a parking space. The parking space is available free of charge directly at the building. CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA: The apartment has a children's play area with toys, books and games for the little ones. 150 m from the building there is the Norwegian Park, with a playground for children of all ages and an outdoor gym. GARDEN AND GAZEBO Guests have access to a garden next to the building and a beautiful, newly erected gazebo (equipped with benches and a table – all items were hand-painted) Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: WE ACCEPT TOURIST VOUCHERS. 1. The apartment is equipped with a set of two towels for each guest and a prepared bed with clean, fresh bedding. The apartment has Wi-Fi, new household appliances: fridge, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher; RTV equipment: TV, additionally a clothes dryer, hair dryer. 2. At the request of guests, we provide a travel cot for a younger child with a mattress and bedding. 3. Each guest will receive an electronic guide about attractions in our region, which will remain in their memory for a long time :) 4. In our apartment, we care about ecology – all household appliances are energy-efficient, light bulbs, etc., and cleaning agents are ecological, non-invasive and anti-allergic, safe for small children. The liquid soap at the hand washing sinks is also ecological. We pay special attention to the segregation of waste and we ask our guests to do the same. 4. Due to the current situation related to the coronavirus pandemic, we take special care of the safety of our guests by disinfecting indoor surfaces on an ongoing basis. There is also hand sanitizer at the sinks. 5. The apartment is equipped with: ground coffee, hot chocolate, tea, sugar, honey, homemade muesli, spices, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper and kitchen towels. 6. Unfortunately, we do not accept guests with their pets, because we are often visited by families with children who have allergic problems.
