The apartment has its own terrace, the elegant staircase is supplemented by light music. Free public parking available in the area. There are several supermarkets within 5 min walk. The space This homelike cozy and light apartment is offering 25 m2 living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a sofa transforming into a bed for two, as well as 16 m2 bedroom with two beds. Not that spacious, but very cosy and nice bathroom with a shower and a toilet is supplemented with heated floor and electrical dryer. There is direct entry from the living room to the private terrace in the interior yard side. The apartment has recently been renovated and has brand new furniture and equipment. Guest access All the apartment, terrace and all the equipment are at your service. Coffee, tea, sugar etc for free. Other things to note It is possible, that I will not always be able to meet my guests personally. In this case simple and precise instructions will be delivered before arrival.
