“Birds of a Feather” at the Terry House!

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. We purchased The Terry House, in January of 2023 and have been renovating the home for the last two years. This room is on the 3rd floor inspired by all the antique bird paintings. This private room is spacious, with a queen bed as well as private baths and a mini fridge in the room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor with a Keurig and microwave for you to use. The space The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxed. Our guest rooms are spacious, with private baths, queen size beds and modern amenities. The rooms offer a view of Battery Park, Market Square, the Court House or the Delaware River during the winter months. This property has 7 rooms in the building in total all with their own private bathrooms. Guest access Guest will be able to use the first floor parlor room. As well as the back porches and there bedrooms. During your stay We are not on site full time but do live in the area so we do come by from time to time. Best way to get ahold of us is by phone.
