This property offers a private driveway with an abundance of on-site free parking. Whether your group is large or small, this two story fully furnished home will accommodate and suit your needs. This sanctuary is truly one of a kind. The area for guests is on the upper level only and it includes: 3 uniquely decorated bedrooms able to sleep 7 guests (2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 single bed), 1 full bath, 1 half bath, 1 private lounge area with TV for you to enjoy. If you book this listing for $350.00 the entire upper level is yours to enjoy with up to seven guests. The $350.00 pays for up to 7 guests in your party. Whether your party is large or small, the upper level is private for your group only. (Must be able to climb stairs) Each room offers a spectacular view you will never forget. This area is fully air conditioned and heated. (There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and box fans in closets if needed for your comfort) We will take reservations at any time even if it’s the same day as long as we have an openings. This includes a large wrap around deck with gas fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. A wood fire pit is also available for use when a burn ban is not in place. A picnic table is provided on the gazebo so you can enjoy a lovely meal overlooking the Badlands. This area is an amazing place to view the stars at night, catch a sunrise in the morning, and enjoy nature at its finest. The 2nd floor is the space that is being referenced in this listing, as we do live on the main level. A community breakfast is available at your request. A coffee bar is located on the main level. We are located on 5 acres of property. It is very quiet as our neighbors are few and far between. First aid kit is located on main level. Fire extinguishers are located in designated areas. Smoke detectors are located in all rooms. Carbon monoxide detector is located on main level of home. We stay on the premises and are available for questions, concerns or emergencies. *We have personal dogs and cats on the premises. Our animals are friendly and love adults and children alike. We ask you supervise any interaction between your children and our animals to ensure their safety. We have had several visitors who have stayed with us and they truly enjoyed our animals. They can be therapeutic, friendly, and loveable. Our animals will be put away if requested by a guest. If there is anything you need during your stay, please feel free to contact us any time.
