Completely private, newly renovated, sparkling clean, bright, stunning guest suite is waiting just for you! Located just 2 miles from beautiful Higgins Beach and just 5 miles to Portland, your private entrance is just steps away from your parked car. The guest suite is completely private including a private entrance, front porch, bedroom and bathroom. Old meets new in our charming antique house with modern design and decor. Our location is perfect for your Maine vacation! The space Did we mention that the guest suite is completely private and that it includes a private entrance and a private sitting room/front porch, with a private bedroom and bathroom. We live in the house in a separate unit so we are here if you need us but you also do not need to interact with us at all because - did I mention - your unit is completely private. (We want to be clear about the space we have to offer. It is not a shared space. However, there are two units in the building. Yours and ours.) Also, please note that there is not a proper kitchen. We do provide a small refrigerator, a microwave oven and a coffee maker is provided for your morning coffee on the enclosed sun room/front porch.
