Inside, it has 4/5 comfortable beds divided into a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed), an open loft where a double mattress is placed, a full bathroom with shower, while the second bathroom is equipped with a large mosaic bathtub. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and dining table, with access to a comfortable kitchenette. The outdoor area allows you to enjoy your relaxation to the fullest: lying on the sun loungers by the pool, or sheltered from the sun sitting comfortably on the sofas of the relaxation area sipping a refreshing drink. From the panoramic terrace of the relaxation area, you can enjoy enchanting sunsets over the sea. The swimming pool (1.50 meters deep and open from May to November) is surrounded by a large garden (fenced) with green lawn, olive trees, fruit trees and typical Sicilian plants that give the garden color and freshness. The equipped veranda allows you to prepare and cook meals using the outdoor kitchen or BBQ, and then enjoy them comfortably outdoors. Appliances supplied with the house: air conditioner in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, large fridge with freezer, espresso machine, turntable with radio, large flat-screen TV with access to free satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, solar panels that continuously provide hot water. In addition, the house has an independent heating system, useful for heating the house if you decide to stay in the coldest periods. The cost of heating is not included in the rental price. Other things to note Due to experiences with some guests who were not particularly careful about electricity management, we had to make the choice to exclude electricity consumption from the rental price. By doing so, guests are much more careful and do not leave appliances on all day while they are on the beach, especially the air conditioner. Using this precaution, a family can spend an average of €50 per week as extra electricity consumption.
