House of Oz is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We welcome families, reunions, retreats, and relaxing getaways. This is NOT a party house. If your plans include loud music, parties, large events, or excessive outdoor noise, we ask that you choose another property. We do not allow it here. Important Information • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. • Please provide the correct number of guests and vehicles before arrival. • Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety and rule compliance. There are no interior cameras. • Smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, and drug-related activities are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • Please respect neighboring properties and remain within the property boundaries. • Pool equipment and mechanical equipment are professionally maintained—please do not adjust or tamper with them. • Landscaping, pool service, and pest-control companies may occasionally visit during your stay as part of routine maintenance. Our highest priority is maintaining a peaceful environment for both our guests and our neighbors.
