Camper is parked right off driveway, park right in front! Main house available for additional bathroom/kitchen/sleeping needs. Outdoor seating on two acres with firepit. Come see! Guest access Please park where you like. Usually 4 cars pull straight in next to each other. My home runs a bit like a hostel- Guests have access to front and back patios, front door, rear laundry room door off back patio, kitchen, front living room, and front bathroom. I live in the back addition. Second bathroom open to you when front guest bathroom occupied. Please use what you like, put things back where you found them, and make this your home during your stay. Other things to note While the camper is fully equipped, you are not connected to water and sewer lines. Meaning you are ‘dry camping’-the water that dispenses from the faucets comes from a holding tank that is filled for you before check in. And the water that goes down the drain collects in a holding tank that can get full. If you run out and/or fill the tanks there will be a supply fee of $75 to refill and dump to account for the water cost and labor involved. That being said, the water in the tank should be enough, depending on your length of stay we can discuss. Simply being mindful of what you use and what you put down the drain will be enough to maintain the water supply at your check-in. If you have questions or concerns, I can walk you through how to monitor how much you’re using. And we will make sure you are well stocked and worry free! Central air Thermostat is located on the wall behind the TV. Most all other operating switches are behind the ‘Control Panel’, a cabinet above the kitchen sink. You will find your Water Heater and Water Pump On/Off switches, Outdoor Lighting and Awning Out/In switches. You will also find the buttons to press and hold to see your water tank levels (fresh, black and grey). Feel free to poke around and learn how the Minnie works for you during your stay! At this time the silly Firestick remote operates the Amazon and apps but will not operate the tv controls: this means you have to turn the tv power and volume by the buttons on the left side of the tv.
