The Bitsakis family covers a total of 205 m2 and extends over 2 levels, ground floor and first floor. In total it can comfortably accommodate 12 adults and 4 children, in 6 combined bedrooms and 4 sofas. The minimal design, carefully selected in the details, the wooden furniture, the marbles in the kitchens which are handmade creations combined with a wonderful garden with lawn and flowers, will make the difference in your vacation. The space The space Bitsakis family, is a new hospitality area, consisting of 2 separate luxury apartments, Family I which you find on the ground floor with a private barbecue, shower and the entire garden at its disposal, inside it has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two very comfortable sofa beds , the Family II is on the first floor with a balcony around the house and a terrace of 40 m2, inside 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two sofa beds for children 1.80 x 0.90 and 1.70 x 0.90. The ground floor The ground floor has a living room, a large kitchen, a fairly large living room and a dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small and large electrical appliances. It is complemented by beautifully crafted wooden furniture, hand-crafted marble, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own home-cooked meals and make the most of your self-catering holiday. It can also be used for guests with mobility restrictions as it only has a small step at the entrance. Exterior The outdoor area of the Bitsakis family, covers 500 m2, includes barbecue facilities, shower, outdoor living room, dining room, and sunbeds. The two outdoor dining rooms give you the opportunity to try the food in the open air, but also the sitting rooms to enjoy your wine or drink. - Free public parking is available right outside the villa - The villa is fully fenced and has a closed entrance which offers security to our guests.
