Welcome to the Cozy Corner Cottage! Conveniently located right off hwy 54 and only minutes from William Woods and Westminster college. A perfect place for family to come in town for a sporting event or graduation. This 1940 home has been completely renovated! With refinished original hardwood floors, custom onyx shower and quartz countertops you will feel right at home! There are mini splits in each bedroom and the main living area for zoned comfort and a water softener. The space Bedroom 1 (blue rm)- 1 queen Bedroom 2 (green rm)- 1 queen *Each bedroom has a pillowtop mattress, floor fan, Tvs, black out curtains and pull down shades. Bathroom- Walk in shower (no tub) *Travel size bottles of shampoos, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided. There is a blowdryer. A water softener has been installed so there is soft water in the property. Living area- Large tv (roku). Dvd players and lots of dvds. Board games. Kitchen- Fridge/ freezer (ice in bottom freezer), Dishwasher, microwave, stove (electric). Coffee maker is drip coffee as well as pods (a start up supply of coffee, cream and sugar provided). Kettle for tea (tea bag varierty provided). Standard seasoning provided for guest use. Bar top with 4 chairs for dining area seating. Front patio- Gas grill provided for guest use. Washer and dryer- Start up detergent and dryer sheets provided *NO ACCESS TO GARAGE OR BASEMENT- DOOR WILL BE LOCKED* There are Exterior cameras on the property, there are no interior cameras in any area that guest have access to.
