Guest access Guests have access to the main house, fenced backyard, patio, and the paved and gravel areas surrounding the home. Please note that Sequoia Grove is located on a working farm. To protect crops and support ongoing land management, guests should not walk through the fields during the spring and summer growing seasons. A detached apartment located to the left of the main house is occupied by a long-term tenant. We kindly ask that guests respect their privacy and refrain from approaching the apartment or using the areas immediately surrounding it. Other things to note Please note that the fenced backyard is technically a shared area with the long-term tenant who resides in the detached apartment. However, the tenant does not use the backyard, and guests are welcome to enjoy the space as their own during their stay. We simply ask that everyone be respectful of one another's privacy while on the property.
