I live downstairs and use the shared kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, and yard. There are 3 private guest rooms upstairs, and the upstairs bathroom is shared with other guests. Because reservations change frequently, I can't tell you in advance how many other guests will be staying or who they will be. Depending on bookings, other guests may be solo travelers, couples, families with children, or guests traveling with pets. Please book with the understanding that this is a shared home, and there is always the possibility of sharing common areas with other guests. If you're looking for an entire home or guaranteed privacy in the common areas, this listing isn't the best fit. Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets! Please add your pet to your reservation when booking by updating the guest count and selecting the pet option. A small pet fee applies to help us maintain a clean and sanitary home. If a pet is brought without being disclosed, the applicable pet fee will be added during or after your stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared kitchen, refrigerator, appliances, living room, dining room, shared upstairs bathroom, patio/backyard, front yard, and driveway. While there may be other Airbnb guests during your stay, you're always welcome to relax and use the common areas. For everyone's comfort, all guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the common areas. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays (7+ days) but are not included with shorter stays. During your stay I live in the home and you'll likely see me in the shared spaces from time to time. I enjoy hosting and am always happy to answer questions, share local recommendations, or, if my schedule allows, show you around Omaha for a more local experience.
