Have a large group (traveling professionals, etc.) inquire about our other homes that may be available on CatalpaCorner for your home away from home together-ish stay:) Your home 293A is the downstairs unit of the main house, featuring a dedicated parking space for 1 vehicle (Please ensure that you park all the way up to the sign to allow for other spaces to get in and out freely, 🙏) Plenty of street parking available, a large front porch (stairs, outdoor lighting, bistro table 2 chairs) with keypad entry, high ceilings creating a light and airy feel, and hardwood floors that add character and charm to this sanctuary space. Two bedrooms: one Queen and one full-size bed. The sectional couch in the living room can sleep 2-3 full-size adults if need be, and there is plenty of space for an air mattress for a total of up to 8 people if need be. Your home is turnkey; the only thing you will need to bring is what you're eating! We provide the following essentials upon check-in and when optional cleaning/restocking is requested: 5 rolls of Toilet Paper 5 trash bags per can 5 dishwasher tabs Refill on dishwasher rinse aid if needed 1 Roll of paper towels Clorox cleaning wipes Window foam cleaner Refill of shampoo/conditioner/body wash (if desired) Refill doggie waste bags Salt/pepper/sugar shaker Olive oil dispenser And of course, if there is anything in particular that you may need for your extended stay that we haven’t thought of, reach out and we will see what we can do! Loop Guest access Catalpa Corner unit 293A is the downstairs unit of the main house, featuring a dedicated labelled parking space (see additional photos). Upon entering the large front porch area, you will see your keypad entry lock on the door (please see arrival information for code and instructions). Your personal code will allow you to come and go as you please during your stay. You have access to the entire unit featuring a front porch, living space, full kitchen, full bath, and 2 bedrooms. The back door leads down to the basement (back door is to be used for emergency exit only; there is a chain lock on your side of the door; keep it closed and locked at all times, please and thank you). The open space near the back door features an air conditioning unit. ***DO NOT MOVE THE A/C UNIT*** There is a fan provided to circulate the air if need be. ***Outdoor spaces are shared*** There is a reserved parking sign 443A for guests staying at this location (see additional photos) You have access to the entire grounds of the property (ensure you are cleaning up after your pets). There is a trash receptacle provided on the opposite side of the house from your parking area. Other things to note When booking for a monthly stay, Airbnb considers a month to be 28 days as far as the monthly discount and billing is concerned. They will charge for the first month up front and then every 28 days after that. When choosing Catalpa Corner as your home away from home, we offer you ***OPTIONAL*** cleaning/Bedding-Towels swap/restacking of listed essentials: 1 bed $75, 2 beds $85. Use this option as little or as much as you would like.
