Belwood Barndominium (Hudson Suite)

The Belwood barn is a gorgeous monitor style barn built in the late 1880’s-1890’s. S.S. Howland and wife Fredericka Belmont (of the Belmonts of New York often referred to as one of the “big three” of the gilded age) built the sporting estate, Belwood. The barns housed many prominent thoroughbreds of the time and established a stud farm. There are now 2 beautiful private suites in the upstairs of the barn. Beautiful country setting but just a few miles away from SUNY Geneseo and Letchworth park.
