Other things to note Villa Maslina is located in a small typical dalmatian village, central located between the Unesco protected town Split and Omis. The Villa is offering a very comfortable accommodation, fully air-conditioned for 6+2 people with 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 seperated bathrooms with each a shower, an open concept living and dining area and a fireplace for colder days. The kitchen is full equipment with a fridge, wine fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, coffee machine and water cooker. There is a satellite tv with 150 tv programs and Netflix. At this level, there is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. The outdoor offers a barbecue and direct entrance to the living area. A private heated pool (18sqm) and a spacious sun deck area with 3 deck chair to relax in the sun. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. You like to grill, this is possible inside in the Traditional Konoba on the lower level with covered dining area with a traditional Dalmation barbecue. There is also a barbecue outside near the private garden behind the house. Within walking distance there are 2 restaurants (50m -100m) where you can enjoy typical dalmation food prepared on a traditional way. Villa Maslina is positioned above the coastal road in the old village off Podstrana and central located. There are 3 parking places. The property size is 250 sqm and is fully fenced. The Villa is central located, easy to reach to Split and Omiš and Cetina river. Bars, mini markets, local bus station are in a distance off 3 km. The famous town Split is only a half-hour drive (10km) and is a “must-see” place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets. Omiš offers many sandy and pebble beaches, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina river or to island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea which is very inviting. The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away from the famous town Split with its great history or the town. Trogir 45min away, and up to 1.5-hour drive to visit beautiful Krka waterfalls, Skradin. The nearest airport is SPU Split`s airport (32km).
