We look forward to hosting you! The space Our cozy one-bedroom cottage is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to feel like home. The space includes a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer and convenient parking. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of work, travel, or exploring the area. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all living spaces, the kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and driveway parking. One locked storage closet is reserved for housekeeping supplies and is not part of the guest space. Other things to note Self check-in is available through our smart lock system. • The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near an elementary school. Guests may notice normal school traffic during drop-off and pick-up times on weekdays during the school year. • The home is smoke-free. • Guests have access to the entire cottage except for one locked storage closet used for housekeeping supplies. • For extended stays, we provide starter supplies of paper products, toiletries, laundry detergent, and other essentials.
