Honeymooner’s Hideaway at Kennicott River Lodge

It’s where you want to be.☺️ Welcome to Kennicott River Lodge, McCarthy Alaska where the Wilderness is at our front door! The main lodge building provides a common area for guest to enjoy the comfortable lounge, self-contained big kitchen to cook and dine in, and decks and out side BBQ fire pit to cook and have bon fires around. The space you can drive right up to your cabin as we are at the end of the McCarthy Road right before the walk bridge and easy walk to McCarthy. There is a daily and hourly van service from the other side of the walk bridge that takes folks up to Kennicott about every 1/2 hour doing the day. Guest access All the cabins are lined up infront of the Glacier out our front door with a outhouse by the cabin and the main lodge is right behind them and you have full use of the big kitchen to cook in all pot and pans provided and lounge and bathrooms.
