Enjoy peace and space in this solid brick house. Two floors and the yard mostly to your self. Except for the landlord's occasional basement handyman shop use, and garage use, the house is all yours. On street parking. Wintertime driveway use during plowing is guaranteed. Landlord waters plants and vacuums once a week usually Tuesdays. This house has stairs to enter and get to second floor bedrooms. The space Ground Floor is Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with a bathroom / laundry room. Laundry room is free to use however we ask you pay for your soap and dryer sheets. Second floor are bedrooms and office. Master Bedroom is a top of stairs on left. Please only use one bedroom during your stay. Smallest room is an office which you are welcome to use. Basement is locked and not available unless by special arrangement. Contains landlord's property maintenance workshop. Back Patio and yard are for your enjoyment. Grill use is available. Please keep clean. Keep side gate closed. You may lock side gate using the sliding hasp. Guest access Use entire house and yard except for basement and other bedrooms. If you need anything else just ask. We will work it out. During your stay Need help, message us on app. Concierge services available through Landlord @ $30/hr. Other things to note This house has stairs to enter and get to second floor bedrooms. The house is all yours from 7PM to 9AM with the occasional daytime visit from the landlord to the basement handyman shop. They will always contact you first prior to entering.
