L'ERMITAGE Gîte - Thiaucourt

We offer you, from an independent entrance, a spacious cottage that can accommodate 2 to 7 people. (6 people maximum for groups of workers) In a green setting, calm is guaranteed. The 50 m² living space on the 2nd floor (kitchen and sitting area) extended by a panoramic terrace on the park of the property invites you to rest and meditate. You will find on the 1st floor 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (see photos) The space The accommodation is arranged on 2 floors in the barn of a 1922 farm. In the attic you will find a space converted into a game room that will interest children and adults (unheated and uncooled): ping-pong, weight bench, mats, billiards... The room will be available from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Children must remain under adult supervision, as in the garden. (recreational water pool) The park remains freely accessible. A pétanque court is available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., a distribution of baskets of organic producers of the AMAP l'herbe folle is done in the courtyard or in the barn of the Hermitage. You will be asked to remove your vehicle from the yard during the distribution period. (all information can be read on the booklet made available to you in the gite) Guest access Unfortunately, we cannot offer the gite to people with reduced mobility, as it is located on the 1st and 2nd floor. Depending on the number of tenants, some rooms may be closed in agreement with the owner. Other things to note ALL THIS INFORMATION WILL BE SPECIFIED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE GÎTE Sheets are provided, but beds are not made (duvets and blankets are at your disposal). If you choose the duvet, please place it in the duvet cover provided, for simple hygiene reasons. Bathroom linen is not provided. The cottage is non-smoking. (Smoking is allowed on the terrace.) Please empty the ashtray at the end of your stay. No pets allowed. Please inform the owners of the presence of people outside the cottage (visitors, guests, etc.) For groups of workers: A cleaning fee of €60 will be required upon check-in at the cottage. This amount may be refunded if the cottage is returned in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival. Check-out cannot be before 8:00 a.m. The cottage must be returned in a clean condition, but you can opt for a cleaning fee of €60. To be specified at the beginning of the stay. In addition, following certain abuses, we will proceed to a reading of the electricity meter upon check-in and checkout of the cottage. We allow you a fixed amount of 8 kWh per day; any excess will be charged at €0.25 per additional kWh.
