Cozy & Pet Friendly

This sweet little pad is a great place to spend time while exploring The West End. It has 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms, w/ only a shower though, no tub. The house is pet friendly w/a fully fenced yard & a doggie door! Centrally located in the hopping town of Naturita, it is 1 block off of Main St., so easy access to shops and restaurants and a few blocks from our fabulous park on the beautiful San Miguel River. We are located midway between Telluride & Moab and close to Unit 61. No pet fee. The space This place is a cozy, little house with a big back yard. The back yard is full of native plants and grasses and is a great place to hang out. The kitchen is stocked with spices and is an nice place to make a yummy meal. There is a Keurig and old school coffee maker, an Instapost, a blender and a propane bbq grill. The bathroom is stocked with towels and basic toiletries. There is a pre-smart TV with an HDMI cable so you can attach your computer if you would like to catch up on your shows! The living room is a comfy place to hang & read a book or look at a map for the next days adventure. There is an outside potable water tap next to the driveway that makes it easy to clean gear or prep for a few days in the backcountry! Generally, there is a reasonable pet fee and a 2 dogs max unless other arrangements are made. There is a doggie designated chair in the living room but otherwise we ask that you keep them off of the living room furniture. We also ask that you clean up after your dawg in the yard other wise a $20 fee will be charged. Guest access Guests have full access to the house & yard.
