This 864SF desert retreat is only a half mile walk to all the fun in downtown superior with its eclectic downtown with many shops and eateries, monthly festivals with dancing , farmers market and more. It's also close to the trails for atv and horseback riding, Boyce Thompson arboretum and so much more. A short drive to Globe or 25 minutes to Gold Canyon this low key town is a great place to relax. 2 bedroom 1 bath no stairs and a private back yard. The space Perfect for an extended stay with room to stretch out. The eat in kitchen has a full size fridge, electric stove, microwave all dishes and seating for 4. 2 bedrooms that share a hall closet. The primary bedroom has a Roku Tv (Sorry no tv in the living room yet) The bathroom is located through the primary bedroom with a walk-in shower. 2nd Bedroom full bed with a desk so it can be used as an office as well. There is a shower and sink with shelves on the wall. Full size washer dryer in the back porch that has many shelves and room for storage. There are no steps here.
