The space Gather together in the cozy living room, featuring a large sectional sofa, TV, and a charming cupboard stocked with board games for game nights after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware and dinnerware. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests: - Main Floor: Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. One bedroom also includes a dedicated desk, perfect for remote work or trip planning. These bedrooms share a beautifully updated full bathroom. - Upstairs Loft: An open-concept loft features two queen-size beds and a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it an ideal space for kids, additional family members, or friends. Please note, the stairs to the loft are steep and the loft has angled ceilings on the sides, so please watch your step & your head. For longer stays or outdoor adventures, the laundry room includes two washer/dryer combination machines, making laundry quick and convenient. The spacious mudroom offers an oversized bench and plenty of hooks, giving everyone room to store coats, shoes, fishing gear, or river equipment. OUTDOOR LIVING You will have full, private access to the 20 acre property. Take a tour to find the hidden ponds, ample woods and incredible sunset views. Start your morning with coffee on the large front porch, complete with Adirondack rocking bench overlooking the peaceful countryside. In the evening, fire up the electric pellet grill and enjoy dinner outdoors while taking in the quiet surroundings. The property is easily accessible via paved roads, with a large gravel driveway offering ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. (Please note: the garage is not accessible to guests.) The cellar and 2 car detached garage will be inaccessible to guests, but ample parking is available on the spacious driveway. The closets in the two main floor bedrooms are locked for storage items.
