Kids and pets are welcome — four-legged members of the family are right at home here. Other things to note Please note that we do not charge any cleaning fees and thus we won't be able to provide linen and towels. If needed then towels and linen can be had for additional $150 cleaning fees. **You are in the midst of nature and forest so bugs are expected. We advise guests to bring bug repellants. The person booking the unit will be solely responsible for all damage incurred during the duration of the stay by all members. Life jackets must be worn at all times when you are on or by the waterway. We recommend bringing your own life jackets especially for young children so you can be sure of the fit. We do have some adult and children life jackets in the garage just in case but do strongly encourage your own. **Additional water activity liability waiver needs to be signed for booking confirmation All parties entering the property must be aware of the risk, danger and hazards associated with water activities and freely accept and fully assume all such risks, danger and hazards and the possibility of personal injury or that of others. All laws and bylaws must always be followed. It’s the vacationer’s responsibility to be informed, especially with noise, fire ban. Fireworks are not allowed. *Zero tolerance for partying or indoor smoking fines will be included if violated.
