Modern Farmhouse Escape in Red Rock

Escape to our charming 2-bedroom farmhouse in peaceful Red Rock, TX! Enjoy the quiet countryside while staying just minutes from Bastrop, Lockhart, Circuit of the Americas, Bastrop State Park, and only 45 minutes from Austin. The space This is a second house on our 14 acre property. We are also living on the property, just far enough to give you privacy but close enough if you need anything. The modern farmhouse house is 820 sf with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is a full kitchen with electric appliances. When you enter the space, you walk into the living room. As you walk back, the kitchen is next but part of the large open area with a large seated island. Continuing toward the back, you enter a hallway - a designated workspace on the left and the small bedroom on the right which has a twin daybed and a twin trundle. Before you reach the main bedroom, there is hallway access to the full bathroom. At the very end is the main bedroom with a queen bed. There are cows on the property and they do come up to the house occasionally. Wildlife you will see commonly are rabbits, road runners, and deer. Guest access You have access to the green house, the area in front yard, and the large fenced in backyard. There is plenty of room for parking, even for a trailer or RV. If you are interested in going for a walk, the easement you enter on is private and our neighbors are friendly. Other things to note Our personal dogs on the property are outside dogs. Dodge is the grey Blue Healer Mix and Ruby is the brown Mini Aussie. They are curious and will come visit you. If you are not comfortable with them please let us know and we will take care of it. This is the country with lots of different critters. We do what we can by spraying and mowing but just be aware.
