The A-frame on Allen Lake

Welcome to The A Frame on Allen Lake! Our family cabin is a rustic chalet-style A-frame. Our father built this home during the 1960's. It overlooks the eastern bay of quaint and quiet Allen Lake, surrounded by the Ottawa National Forest and situated on 40 acres of "nature's finest." Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall our A-Frame on Allen Lake is the perfect place to take in all the beauty and adventure the Northwoods has to offer. Hiking, Biking, Skiing, Snowmobile & ATV Trails and more! The space We are located approx. 1 mile off highway 45. Allen Lake Rd. is a gravel county road that ends where our property begins. Continue around the bend and across the bridge and up the hill to park behind the house. Partick lives on the property nearby and will be there to assist with your stay and answer questions if needed. Guest access Your Host, Patrick, one of the owners and property manager who lives at adjacent home will meet you upon your arrival and grant you access to the house and explain the lay of the land. Firewood for use on property will be supplied by host at no additional cost. Other things to note Bring your mosquito repellent, these dense north woods are buggy in the summer months.
