Private Home with Large Screened Porch

What a pleasure to host you in our relaxing home in the City Of Rock Hill. It provides a quiet natural setting in close proximity to all Rock Hill has to offer its guests. The abundance of trees on our 3 acre lot provides a private retreat yet it is located in a safe neighborhood just 1 mile from Winthrop University. As you unwind on our screen porch, you can hear the tweet of birds and the hoots of barred owls. The space Our 1400 sq. ft. home features a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a full size bath with a walk-in tile shower. The kitchen is fully equipped including a large walk-in pantry with plenty of shelves for storage. The family room adjoins the kitchen and both rooms provide a view of the soothing landscape. Guests will have access to a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. There is a large front porch with outdoor seating and a screen side porch that Includes a picnic table for outdoor dining.. The upstairs features a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a futon (please note the futon is smaller than a double bed) It also has a comfortable chair and a desk. The upstairs full size bathroom has a shower. Towels and hotel-style toiletries are included in both bathrooms. We have put a lot of love in our simplistic home to make it as comfortable as possible. Kimberly & Scott Lee Guest access The house sits back off the neighborhood street down a short gravel driveway. There is parking for 2 cars. One car under the carport and the other at the head of the driveway. A 3rd or 4th car can park in a line but will need to move whenever someone needs to leave. Please do not park in the grass. Uber and lyft are also available. Other things to note The upstairs does not cool as well as the downstairs on hot days, but there is a ceiling fan and an oscillating floor fan.
