The home comfortably sleeps 8-10 adults, with additional sleeping spaces for children, including two king bedrooms (one with narrow RV-style twin bunks), one queen bedroom, a lower-level living room with built-in twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. This causes sand/gravel to blow and sometimes pile in the outdoor spaces. The outdoor furniture is weighted down to withstand the wind but be sure not to leave anything outside so it doesn't blow away! - This is a high desert location, where a variety of birds, deer, elk, rabbit, bighorn sheep and coyote are commonly found here. In spring and summer, lizards and snakes, such as the gopher snake and the northern pacific rattlesnake can occasionally make an appearance. There are also a variety of bugs that can be kept out of the house by keeping the doors and windows shut.
