The space Our cozy tiny house was designed for couples or small families looking to slow down, reconnect, and experience the charm of tiny living without giving up modern comforts. Inside you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a cozy bedroom for one child, heating and A/C, a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Chemex pour-over coffee setup, mugs, and thoughtful touches that make it easy to pack light and settle in. Outside is where the memories begin. Gather around your private fire pit beneath the stars, sip your morning coffee surrounded by nature, and enjoy the peaceful pace of life on the farm. Spend your days wandering scenic nature trails, relaxing by the pond, or meeting our friendly goats, chickens, and free-roaming rabbits. You'll feel tucked away in the countryside, yet you're only SECONDS from our onsite GOOD NEWS Brewing+Pizza, minutes from local restaurants, breweries, and shopping, about 16 minutes from Edwardsville and SIUE. You are also a short drive to Grafton's river bluffs and wine country, and just 45 minutes from St. Louis. Whether you're celebrating, exploring, or simply looking for a unique escape, this tiny house offers the perfect place to unplug, reconnect, and enjoy life's simpler moments. Come for the tiny house. Stay for the farm. Leave already planning your next escape. Guest access This is a real working farm, and your stay includes it. Wander scenic walking trails, relax by the pond, and meet our friendly goats, chickens, and free-roaming rabbits. Spend your days exploring at your own pace, then return to your dome to, gather around the fire beneath the stars, and simply enjoy being together. Other things to note -A note so you can plan: the house does not have its own bathroom. A clean PRIVATE bathhouse is a short, well-lit walk away, plus two additional shower houses with a hot shower near the parking area. (We've included a photo so you know exactly what to expect — it's nicer than you're picturing.) -Plates, bowls, cups, and eating/grilling utensils are not provided, so bring your favorite camping or picnic dinnerware. -Wood and fire starters are provided at each accommodation during your stay. This space has access to water right outside the house and a fire pit for open air cooking, however the kitchen sink and cooktop are not functional at this time. -GOOD NEWS hours are as follows: Wed-Thurs 4pm-9pm, Fri-Sat 11am-9pm, Sun 11am-7pm. Closed Monday-Tuesday. For your security, there are exterior cameras at the parking area and sheds on the property — never in any private space.
