The space This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Primary 1 - King bed and direct, shared access to the full bathroom. Bedroom 2 - Located on the ground floor, this private bedroom features a spacious California King bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Bedroom 3 -Located on the upper level, this cozy bedroom features a Full bed. BATHROOMS You'll find 1.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. There is a convenient half bath located on the middle floor and a full bathroom on the upper floor. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen, with everything you will need to to feel at home. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The room flows effortlessly into the living room with comfy seating and smart TV. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more. •This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. • Please note the condo has window AC units, there is no central AC •Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.  •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.  • We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee.
