Welcome to Alsace on the Green! A resort style backyard on the golf course with a large private pool and spa, pool house with full bath, outdoor kitchen, and a playground, all set right on the golf course. Inside, this spacious retreat sleeps 12+ with 8 beds and sits in a growing community about 20 minutes from San Antonio. The space Alsace on the Green is truly all about the private, resort‑style backyard, with tall hedges for full privacy, a large pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, private playground, and a pool house with additional sleeping space and a spacious bathroom with a large glass shower. The perfect place to relax, play, and unwind after a day in San Antonio or just relaing at the house. Inside, this spacious, family‑friendly home offers four bedrooms comfortably sleeping 10 guests across 8 beds, plus a futon for two more in the pool house. The primary suite features a large bedroom with an attached bathroom that includes both a shower and soaking tub, while upstairs you’ll find two additional queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds (four twin beds), along with a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo that works great for families and kids. Downstairs, the main living room has a large sectional for movie nights, a piano/music area, and a hutch stocked with games. The inviting, fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and plenty of counter space for cooking and gathering. There’s also a dedicated office with a desk and two armchairs, a convenient downstairs powder room, a large laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an attached garage, giving your group everything needed for a comfortable, extended stay between days spent in the backyard oasis. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, pool, spa, playground, pool house, and outdoor kitchen during their stay. You’ll also have use of the laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as the attached garage and driveway parking. All bedrooms in the main house, common areas, and the office are for guest use unless otherwise noted in the listing photos or house manual. The pool house and its bathroom are fully available to you as an extra hangout and sleeping space. Other things to note This was our family home for 10 years, and we’ve set it up to be comfortable and welcoming for families and groups. We try to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We provide a high chair, pack ’n play, and kids’ dishes and cups, as well as board games and some children’s toys in the living room hutch. The home is in a residential neighborhood on a golf course, so quiet hours apply and we ask that guests be respectful of neighbors when using the backyard in the evenings. Please park in the driveway when possible. Events beyond normal guest use may be allowed with prior approval and an additional event fee. Please also note that the pool and spa equipment should not be adjusted by guests; full details and house rules are included in our house manual. Spa can be heated during colder months.
