Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 10 minutes to downtown Grants Pass. 5 minutes to hospital and shopping. Washer, dryer and wifi available. Fenced backyard. This quiet country home is located on a small farm. Farmstand located nearby for unique gifts and food. Pets allowed on approval. The space Created in 1951 Windmill Springs Ranch has been a multi generational farm primarily focusing on cattle and dairy production. we have a farmstore available to stock up on seasonal produce and other items. Guest access Guests have a fenced in backyard for outdoor enjoyment. mosey on over to our farmstand and check out what is available. Other things to note We do not allow smoking, vaping or Marijuana use. Internet is provided. While there is a TV in the home we do not have cable or satellite. we do have a smart TV that you can use your phone to work with your streaming platforms or there is a DVD player and family friendly movies available. We are right of Highway 199 and close to the Applegate River, Rogue River and Illinois River. Water activities abound as well as being in the middle of wine country. Hellgate Jet boat excursions are a fun summer activity on the Rogue.
