The space 265 ft of private walk-in waterfront with 2 paddle boards and a paddle boat included for guest use. 4-car parking, ample space for yard games, and walking distance to local amenities. Just 30 minutes from Parry Sound. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, Wi-Fi, smart TV, outdoor living spaces, 265 feet of private waterfront area, and all available amenities, including 2 paddle boards, a paddle boat, fire pit, BBQ and deck. Please note that the boathouse and garage structures are off limits to guests. Other things to note • The property features 265 feet of private waterfront access with two separate access points, both offering shallow entry along the shoreline, making it ideal for families. Guests can access the water directly in front of the cottage via a rock staircase leading to the shoreline. A second waterfront area, located across from the boathouse, provides additional space to relax by the water, sit in the provided chairs, or enjoy outdoor play. • A dock is available for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. For safety, children must be supervised at all times near the waterfront and dock. Please bring your own life jackets. • The outdoor fire pit is available for guest use, and firewood is provided. Use of the fire pit is subject to weather conditions and local fire restrictions. Guests must follow all fire safety regulations, keep fires attended at all times, and ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving. Fire pit use may be restricted during fire bans or periods of elevated fire risk. • Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
