A bright and warm house to enjoy the calm and wide open spaces. Country house much appreciated for its location close to the ocean and away from the hustle and bustle. Ideally located between Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and close to the beaches of Guéthary and Bidart. The space The house enjoys 180° views of nature. The house is located in a dominant position and has no neighbors opposite. The garden has a 50 m2 plateau, then 1000 m2 of sloping grassy terrain. Guest access The house has a total area of 100 m2, 80 m2 of which is dedicated to vacationers. We use the 3rd bedroom to store our personal belongings.
