Historic Waterfront Home, only 70 miles from DC!

Enjoy peace and quiet at this tranquil waterfront farmhouse. The house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The space This historic farmhouse has three spacious bedrooms, a full eat-in kitchen, an enormous great room and a separate cozy den. Enjoy the view from the waterfront screened porch or dine alfresco on the large deck. We have kayaks, paddleboards, and a dock for your boat (bring your own bumpers). There is a public boat launch at the end of our lane. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, dock, and the storage shed (aka the “crab shack”). We also have two kayaks and three paddle boards and life jackets. The property has ample parking for 4 cars. Other things to note The house is almost 200 years old. While it has all modern conveniences, it is not “modern.” If you appreciate historic charm and don’t mind a few quirks, we think you will love it here!
