Guest House at Ulka's double room

Welcome!!! I would like to offer guest rooms in a rural setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come with their family or a group of friends :) The summer season ends in August, but we also invite you in September for walks in milder weather for the elderly :) When making a reservation, please select only one person! because the price is per room, unless the total number of guests is more than 2 people :) The space The apartment has a private entrance on the mezzanine floor and three rooms. As you can see in the photos, two of the rooms are larger and have access to the balcony, and the third is smaller and is suitable for a couple or a small child. An additional advantage is that each room has a separate bathroom. As you can see in the photo, the smallest bathroom may seem claustrophobic to some guests, but please take into account that this bathroom is not adapted for a family and the surface is adequate for the price :) The kitchen is a common good, so we always ask guests to leave it clean after themselves :) Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen and barbecue area. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in a specially designated area!!! During your stay If you are making a reservation, please select only one person! because the price is for the entire place, unless the total number of guests is more than 10 people :) Other things to note When using the Tourist Voucher, please contact me and write in the message what period you are interested in, in which case I will send a special offer with a price reduction by the indicated value of the voucher !!! In winter, it is possible to book a minimum of 2 rooms or a minimum of 8 people for the entire floor, due to more expensive maintenance (heating of the facility) Thank you for your understanding.
