Apartment in Donaustauf-Sulzbach near Regensburg

Our 40 m² apartment is located in Donaustauf - Sulzbach, not far from the Walhalla. The Danube Cycle Trail passes our place. The apartment has 3 beds/sofas and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The space The apartment is 40 m² and is located on the first floor of an annex. There is a private entrance. The bright living room has a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, a dining area and a modern kitchenette, which is equipped with a ceramic range, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and of course pots, cutlery and dishes in sufficient quantity. This is also where you will find the washing machine, which is available for guests to use. In the adjoining bedroom there is a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, a wardrobe and a small workstation. The bedroom is a walk-through room to the bathroom! In the very small (!) bathroom there is a shower, toilet and a very small sink. In addition, there is a small adjoining room with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) We shall supply on request a baby travel bed incl. bed linens and towels and a high chair. Towels and bed linens are included in the rental price. After consultation, laundry can be dried in our tumble dryer. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. You can stop right outside the door and unload. Parking is possible on the street. Ample free parking is available. Storage facilities for bicycles are provided. In front of the apartment is a small terrace with seating. A grill can be provided. Arrival after 9 pm is also possible after consultation. We may then no longer greet and instruct you personally, but leave the key in the key safe. Other things to note The bathroom is very small and has a very small sink (see photos). The bedroom is a passageway to the bathroom.
