Láfsgerði 2b - Close to Lake Mývatn

Studio apartment is 30m2 in size. Has two bedrooms and accommodates 4 persons. The beds are 160cm x 200cm Has a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs - but no owen. Not Microwave. The bathroom has a shower. Take a notice, the apartment is not a big one. But you can make your own meals and breakfast, there is an internet-connection - unlimited download, and information about what to do and what to see in the area. The space The house was built 40 years ago and therefor the WALL BETWEEN THE TWO APARTMENTS ISN'T INSULATED as it would be nowadays. You can hear the neighbors if they are not very quiet, but it is not a big problem. In the spring-time and early summer the birds are singing and they will probably wake you early in the morning by their songs. Later on you will maybe see the horses my brother has and also the new born foals on the fields next to the house. Guest access The house has two apartments, this one and the other is smaller; for 2 pers. There is a deck on three sides of the house and a space for parking on one side. Free parking. The house is very well visible from the main road and the access is easy. During your stay I am not always at the place but usually I try to meet all my guests.
